• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• During high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

• Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
• Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days depending on the delivery location.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to:
• Courier partner delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Remote or inaccessible locations
• Unforeseen operational issues

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where:
• Wrong product is delivered
• Product is received damaged

5. Delivery Locations

• We currently deliver across India only.
• Delivery to certain remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
• International shipping is currently not available.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details including:

• PIN code
• VIP Collection shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the order may be returned to us.
• Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

8. Return Shipment Guidelines

• Products returned without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.
• Returned items must comply with our Refund & Return Policy.
