We Have a 7 Days Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
• Product must be in original condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective:

• Accessories
• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or sale items
• Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

3. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1 – Request a Return/Exchange

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery through:

• Order ID
• Registered mobile number/email
• Reason for return/exchange
• Product photos/videos (if damaged or incorrect)

Step 2 – Approval & Instructions

Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.

Step 3 – Ship the Product

Customers must securely pack and ship the product to the return address shared by our support team.

• Return shipping charges may apply unless:
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product arrived damaged
• Product has manufacturing defects

4. Exchange Policy

Approved exchange or replacement products will generally be delivered within 7 business days after successful quality inspection and approval.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for:

• Approved returns
• Cancelled orders
• Damaged/incorrect products (if replacement unavailable)

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Important Notes

• Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• VIP Collection reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
• Refunds or exchanges may be denied if returned products fail quality inspection.
