VIP Collection – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VIP Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through vipcollections.in.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers can cancel an order only before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

Cancellation Allowed If:

• Order status is Confirmed or Processing
• Order has not been shipped or dispatched

Cancellation Not Allowed If:

• Order status is Shipped
• Order is Out for Delivery
• Order has already been Delivered

2. How to Request Cancellation

Please provide:

• Order ID
• Registered mobile number or email address

For faster processing, cancellation requests should preferably be made within 1–2 hours of placing the order.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Product with manufacturing defect

Return/Replacement Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Tags, accessories, and invoice must be available
• Return request must include product images/videos as proof

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Used products
• Customized or special-order items
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Clearance sale or non-returnable items

5. Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Cases:

• Successful cancellation before shipping
• Approved return request
• Product unavailable after order confirmation

Refund Mode:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Timeline:

• UPI/Card/Net Banking: 5–7 business days

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Orders marked as:

• Non-Cancellable
• Limited Stock
• Flash Sale
• Customized Orders

may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
